On 27 February Russian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Alexey Meshkov received Managing Director for Europe and Central Asia of the European External Action Service Luis Felipe Fernández de la Peña.
The parties held a substantive discussion on issues of Russia-EU cooperation in political and humanitarian fields.
