On 4 December 2019 Ambassador Vladimir Chizhov, Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the EU, met with Mr. Phil Hogan, Member of the European Commission for Trade. The Ambassador handed over a letter of congratulations by Mr. Maxim Oreshkin, Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, on the occasion of Mr. Hogan’s appointment to his new position.
An interested exchange of views on various aspects of EU international trade policies took place.
