Russian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Igor Morgulov attends the Brussels Forum on 15-17 March 2013

At the invitation of the German Marshall Fund, organisers of the Brussels Forum, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Igor Morgulov participated in its annual conference. Speaking at the session on strategic stability in the Asia-Pacific region, he presented the Russian approach to development of a security system in Asia needed to ensure long-term stability and high-speed growth in the region.

On the margins of the Forum, Igor Morgulov met Deputy Executive Secretary General of the European External Action Service, Helga Schmid, Deputy Director of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, Ai Ping, and the US State Department Special Envoy for International Energy Affairs, Carlos Pascual.
