On 27 February Russian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Titov met Managing Director for Europe and Central Asia of the European External Action Service Luis Felipe Fernández de la Peña.

The parties discussed topical issues of Russian and EU policies in countries of the Balkan region, as well as regional cooperation, including in the High North and the Arctic.
