On 14 April State Secretary and Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin received Head of the Delegation of the European Union to Russia Vygaudas Ušackas.

The officials had a detailed discussion of the situation in Ukraine, with an emphasis on the need to implement the Minsk Agreements and a number of other current regional issues, including the South Caucasus.
