On 26 November 2021 Permanent Representative of Russia to the European Union Ambassador Vladimir Chizhov met with Yevgheny Primakov, Head of Rossotrudnichestvo, a leading Russian agency whose main mission is to strengthen humanitarian ties with the outside world, who was on a visit to Brussels.

During the meeting prospects of Russia – EU humanitarian cooperation were discussed.
