We would like to present a special issue of the “Russian Mind” magazine dedicated to the 75th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. The issue was prepared with the assistance of the Foundation for Supporting and Protecting the Rights of Compatriots Abroad.

Published in Paris, the Russian Mind magazine is a foremost pan-European outlet in the Russian language. It is a highly reputable magazine among all generations of Russian emigration and the world community of compatriots.
