On 25 February 2020 Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the EU Ambassador Vladimir Chizhov met with Vice-President of the European Commission for Promoting the European Way of Life Margaritis Schinas.

They discussed prospects for Russia-EU interaction in the field of freedom, security and justice focusing on issues related to counterterrorism and law enforcement cooperation.
