The fourth round of expert consultations on a draft Russia-EU Agreement on Drug Precursors was held in Brussels on 7-8 April 2011. The participants to the meeting reached agreement on most of outstanding issues and confirmed their intention to finalize the draft and prepare the Agreement for signing as soon as possible.
