Sergey Lavrov meets Federica Mogherini

On 25 September 2018 Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov met with High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Vice President of the European Commission Federica Mogherini on the sidelines of the 73rd session of the UN General Assembly in New York.

They discussed the state of Russia-EU relations in various fields. An exchange of views also took place on a range of topical international issues, including the situation in the Western Balkans, around Syria, in Yemen, Libya, Afghanistan and Iraq.
