Reception on the occasion of the Russian Diplomacy Day

On 8 February a reception on the occasion of the Russian Diplomacy Day was held at the Permanent Mission of Russia to the EU. Guests included officials from the European External Action Service, European Commission, the General Secretariat of the Council of the EU, as well as representatives of the Diplomatic corps. Head of the Russian delegation that earlier that day held Russia-EU consultations on international counter-terrorism cooperation Deputy Foreign Minister Oleg Syromolotov was a guest of honour.

In the course of the reception all participants had an opportunity to acquaint themselves with a photo exhibition devoted to the history of the Russian diplomatic service and main outcomes of the Russian foreign policy in 2017.
