On October 27, State Secretary and Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin met with expert of the EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus Thomas Hammarberg.

Mr Hammarberg talked about preparations for the report on human rights in the Republic of Abkhazia and his impressions of his time there.
