Meeting of the Working Group on air transport of the Russia-EU Transport dialogue

The meeting of the Working Group on air transport of the Russia-EU Transport dialogue took place on May 6, 2010 in Brussels under the Co-Chairmanship of Deputy Minister of the Russian Federation Valery M.Okulov and Director of the European Commission’s Air Transport Directorate D.Calleja Crespo. Participants discussed prospects for the implementation of arrangements reached in November 2006 in an Enhanced Action Plan for Russia-EU Aviation Cooperation. Understanding was reached to hold in Moscow in the beginning of September, 2010 a workshop to present modalities of the so-called “horizontal agreement” on designated carriers.
