Press release on Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov’s meeting with EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini

On March 30, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov met in Lausanne with High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini.
The meeting focused on the progress of the ongoing talks between six world powers and Iranian officials to settle the issues around the Iranian nuclear programme and ways of promoting a speedy and mutually acceptable agreement between the six and Iran.

Also discussed were the Ukraine developments and the Middle East affairs with emphasis on Yemen, Syria and Libya.
