On February 26, at the initiative of the European Union, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov held a telephone conversation with Federica Mogherini, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy / Vice-President of the European Commission.

Mr Lavrov and Ms Mogherini discussed the fulfillment of the February 12 Minsk agreements that were designed to resolve the Ukrainian crisis and various aspects of Russian-EU relations, including energy cooperation issues and cooperation on the situation in Libya.
