Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov had a telephone conversation with High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell

On 28 February Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov spoke with EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell during a phone call initiated by the EU side.

The officials focused on peace settlements in Syria and Libya in accordance with the UN Security Council’s recommendations. They also discussed certain aspects of Russia – EU relations.
