On July, 4th in Moscow took place a traditional meeting of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation S.V. Lavrov with ambassadors of 27 member states of the European Union and the head of Delegation of EU in the Russian Federation.
The parties gave a positive assessment on the development of cooperation between Russia and the European Union in the first half of 2012. Ways of implementation of the decisions of the Russia-EU summit that took place on June, 3-4rd, 2012, in Strelna and the prospects of cooperation between Russia and EU during the current year were discussed.
