On February 18, during his visit to the Federal Republic of Germany, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov met with High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Vice-President of the European Commission Federica Mogherini.

The parties discussed current issues of Russia-EU relations and the international agenda. Special attention was paid to the situation in the Middle East, particularly the Syrian and Libyan settlement.
