The 8th European Russian Forum was held on 1-2 December 2014 in Brussels. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov sent an address to Forum’s participants. Mr. Grigory Karasin, State Secretary/ Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Ambassador Vladimir Chizhov, Permanent Representative of Russia to the EU, Members of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Members of the European Parliament, as well as representatives of organisations of Russian compatriots from EU Member States and various public organisations took part in the event.
