On 19 November State Secretary/Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Grigory Karasin had a meeting with the Chairman of the European Parliament Delegation to the Russia-EU Parliamentary Cooperation Committee, Othmar Karas (Austria) in Moscow. The Parties addressed some topical issues of the Russia-EU bilateral agenda in the context of the crisis in Ukraine, and discussed possible ways to bring Russia-EU relations back on their normal track, including through parliamentary cooperation.
