On November 17, 2010 EU enlargement (COELA) expert consultations were held in Brussels by Mr. Igor A. KALABUKHOV, Deputy Director-General of the 4th European Department, Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, within the framework of the Russia – EU political dialogue.
South-Eastern Europe Director Luc LIEBAUT, Belgian EU Presidency, headed the delegation of the European Union.
With the current European perspectives of Iceland, Croatia and Turkey in focus, relevant international aspects of the situation in the Balkans and the Cyprus settlement were also discussed.
