Consultations between Andrey Kelin, Director of the European Cooperation Department of the Russian Foreign Ministry, and Thomas Mayr-Harting, Managing Director for Europe and Central Asia at the European External Action Service, took place in Moscow on 14 September. The EU representative was also received by Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Alexander Grushko.
Comprehensive talks focused on topical issues of Russia-EU relations as well as a range of international problems.
