Press release on Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov’s meeting with High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Vice-President of the European Commission Federica Mogherini

On September 19, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov met with Federica Mogherini, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission, on the sidelines of the 72^nd session of the UN General Assembly in New York.

The two officials discussed the main aspects of the Russia-EU relations and exchanged opinions on a range of current international issues, including the situation on the Korean Peninsula and in Syria.
