On July 13, Deputy Foreign Minister Igor Morgulov received the European Union’s Ambassador to Russia Markus Ederer at the latter’s request.
The subjects discussed were the situation in the Asia Pacific Region, including prospects for resolving the situation on the Korean Peninsula, and preparations for the 12th Asia–Europe Meeting (ASEM) summit, scheduled to be held October 18-19, 2018, in Brussels.
