On 26 January 2022 Permanent Representative of Russia to the European Union Ambassador Vladimir Chizhov received Head of Mission of Israel to the EU Ambassador Haim Regev.
The Ambassadors exchanged views on the state and prospects of the two countries’ interaction with the EU. They also touched upon military and political aspects of security in Europe. Vladimir Chizhov elaborated on the Russian proposals to establish long-term legally binding security guarantees.
