On 21 October 2021 Permanent Representative of Russia to the European Union Ambassador Vladimir Chizhov received the newly appointed Head of Mission of Israel to the EU Ambassador Haim Regev.
During the meeting the officials exchanged views on the state and prospects of the two countries’ interaction with the EU, as well as on the current situation in the Middle East. Besides, both parties emphasised the need for continued efforts to counter anti-Semitism and falsification of history.
