On 26 October 2021 Permanent Representative of Russia to the European Union Ambassador Vladimir Chizhov held a meeting with European Commission Director-General for Trade, Sabine Weyand.
During the meeting, the officials discussed topical issues of trade and economic cooperation between Russia and the EU. The parties expressed support for the idea of activating expert dialogue to address existing differences in this area.
