FMS of Russia monitoring analysis of the Ukrainian citizens’ requests (as of March 31, 2015) is as follows.
The total figure of the citizens from the South-East of Ukraine entering the territory of the Russian Federation and currently staying on it from the period of April 1, 2014 to March 31, 2015 amounts to 953 485 people.
There are 455 temporary accommodation centres on the territory of 71 territorial entities of the Russian Federation hosting 28 834 people, including 9 240 children up to 18 years.
There are 488 806 people accommodated in the private sector.
For the period from the beginning of 2014 to March 31, 2015 the following requests were initiated by the Ukrainian citizens:
- Refugee application – 5 909 people;
- Provisional asylum application – 324 738 people;
- Application for temporary residence – 176 443 people;
- State Program of assistance to the voluntary resettlement of compatriots from abroad to the Russian Federation – 93 214 people;
- Application for the Russian Federation citizenship – 76 188 people;
- Leave to Remain (Residence permit) application – 36 072 people
The Russian Federation allocated 11 billion Roubles for the Ukrainian refugees’ support and humanitarian aid budget.
