On 11 November a conversation between the Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sergey Lavrov, and EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy/Vice-President of the European Commission, Catherine Ashton, took place in New Delhi on the margins of the ASEM Foreign Ministers' Meeting.
In the light of the recently held negotiations between E3 +3 and Iran in Geneva the parties addressed next steps aimed at preparation of a political directors’ meeting on 20 November.
