A telephone conversation took place on July 7 between Russian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs/State Secretary Grigory Karasin and European Union Special Representative for Georgia and Central Asia Pierre Morel.
The conversation focused on the situation on the borders of Abkhazia and South Ossetia with Georgia and on the prospects of Geneva Discussions on Stability and Security in Transcaucasia.
