On 8 February Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs/State Secretary Grigory Karasin met EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus Philippe Lefort.
During their conversation an exchange of views took place on problems of South Caucasus, including the situation at the borders of Abkhazia and South Ossetia with Georgia, as well as Nagorno Karabakh peace settlement.
