On 1 February in Moscow Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs/State Secretary Grigory Karasin met Deputy Executive Secretary General for political affairs of the European External Action Service, Helga Schmid.
An exchange of views took place on topical issues of Russia’s and EU relations with South Caucasus countries and Ukraine, as well as Transdniestrian and Nagorno-Karabakh settlement.
