Conference “EU-Russia: Partnership for Modernisation or Conservation?” held in Vienna

Ambassador Vladimir Chizhov, Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the European Union, took part in the Conference “EU-Russia: Partnership for Modernisation or Conservation?” organized in Vienna on November 2-4, 2011 by the International Centre for Advanced and Comparative EU-Russia/NIS Research in cooperation with the Federal Ministry of Economy, Family and Youth of Austria, Austrian Foreign Ministry, Federation of Austrian Industries and Builders Association of Russia. The event took place within the framework of the Vienna Process which invited to its 4th annual session official representatives from Russia, the EU, scientists from the Institute of World Economy and International Relations (IMEMO) of the Russian Academy of Sciences, European Studies Institute at MGIMO-University, Vienna Institute for International Economic Studies and others, as well as representatives of Russian and Austrian business communities.
