On 15 November 2022 Chargé d’Affaires a.i. of the Russian Mission to the EU Kirill Logvinov met with Chargé d’Affaires of the Syrian Arab Republic to the EU Ammar Al Arsan.
The officials exchanges views on a number of international issues, including the situation around Ukraine, implementation of the Black Sea Grain Initiative of 22 July 2022, and the Syrian settlement.
