On 24 October 2017 Mr. Andrey Kelin, Director of the Department of European Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation met with Managing Director of the European External Action Service (EEAS) for Europe and Central Asia Mr.Thomas Mayr Harting in Brussels. He also met with EEAS Deputy Secretary General for Political Affairs Mr.Jean-Christophe Belliard.
A constructive and in-depth discussion on a wide range of aspects of the Russia-EU relationship took place.
