Оn 13 September, Ambassador Vladimir Chizhov met at the Permanent Representation students of the MGIMO European Studies Institute on a training course at the College of Europe in Brugge.
The Ambassador briefed the students on the current state and prospects of Russia – EU relations and answered their questions.
