On 5 October 2012 Ambassador Vladimir Chizhov, Permanent Representative of Russia to the EU, met in Brussels with EU Special Representative for Human Rights, Stavros Lambrinidis.
The parties addressed topical issues of interaction between Russia and the EU in the human rights sphere, including in international fora, as well as perspectives for its further development.
They agreed to maintain regular dialogue.
